Galani

Ingredients:

  • 300 gr of flour 
  • 2 eggs
  • As you prefer: juice of 2 oranges / 1 shot glass of brandy / 1 shot glass of
  • Sambuca
  • 50 gr of butter
  • Icing sugar
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt


Preparation:

Work the flour with the eggs, orange juice (or the brandy or the Sambuca), the bain-marie melted butter and a bit of salt.
Mix all the ingredients and spread the dough on the table.
Cut it into big squares or rhombuses and fry them in boiling oil untill they golden.
Put the galani on blotting paper.

Before serving spread them with icing sugar.
