Service Charter

The Service Charter of Provincia di Verona Turismo srl is an integral part of the Quality Project and it aims to support the imporvement of the services provided by our company, which is entirely owned by Provincia di Verona.

The Service Charter is addressed to the numerous and diverse "customers" of Provincia di Verona Turismo srl, each with specific needs connected with the tourism promotion of the Veronese territory.

Through this Charter we wish to actively involve the customers of our services in order to constantly improve our service. We thank you for your consideration and your suggestion.

Who we are

Our company supports the provincial administration in its tourist information and reception activities. Moreover, it manages promotional and marketing initiatives in close collaboration with Provincia di Verona.

We are a young company - founded in 2005 - and we are committed to promoting tourism in the Veronese territory with activities which range from the production of publications to event organizations, from the management of the Tourist Information points (IAT) to press relations.

The task assigned to us by the provincial administration involves multifarious activities, as will be further illustrated in this charter.


We address our activity to tourists and visitors, tourist guides and tour leaders, incoming travel agents and tour operatos, managers of accomodation facilities and other tourist offices, but also to the local system and territory composed by residents, local institutions and associations, educational institutions, journalists, sponsors.
