Lessinia's fine cuisine is based on the quality of its  natural products.

Its unrivalled cheese-making tradition, centred around the "malghe", is based on the use of top quality milk, produced by cows grazing in uncontaminated pastures.
Lessinia's cuisine is not surprisingly, based on milk, cheese and butter, like the delicious "gnocchi di malga", malga dumplings. The Monte Veronese cheese is the King of Lessinia (awarded the prestigious D.O.P. status) and its Cimbro cheese is also unique.
